You can make custom patches by choosing a patch style from our Catalog, uploading your design to our free Design Maker, and placing your order. We’ll handle the production and shipping. Attach the patch to your clothing with an iron-on, sew-on, safety pin, or hook-and-loop backing.
You can attach Printful’s custom iron-on patches in three ways:
- Iron-on: Place the patch face-up on the fabric, cover it with a pressing cloth, and press firmly with a hot iron for 30-60 seconds.
- Sew-on: Stitch around the edges for a permanent, durable attachment.
- Safety pin: Attach and remove the patch without altering the garment.
We also offer embroidered tactical patch with hook-and-loop backing – attach and remove them without heat or thread for reusable, interchangeable designs.
Printful’s custom patches start at $8.25 per standard embroidered patch and $8.75 per embroidered tactical patch. A one-time digitization fee applies per new design: $6.50 for standard artwork or $3.95 for text-only.
